DANCE FOR OVER 65
In the classes for Over 65 we explore the movement in order to recover and reactivate mobility in areas where dexterity has been lost. Through presence, conscious movement and dance, we open up a space where curiosity, motivation and the enjoyment of communicating with others can be rekindled. This is how the dancers of more than sixty five years old are prepared to enjoy a healthy and creative dance.
