REGISTRATION

Upon entering the center, we ask you to:

· Turn off or silence cell phones.

· Leave your shoes on the shelves designated for this purpose.

· Keep the entrance clear so everyone can enter and exit freely. The reception area is a workspace; it is important to enter quietly.

· Please be punctual so as not to interrupt the work being done.

Payment Terms:

· All weekly activities are organized around the school calendar.

· Registration is annual and must be paid at the beginning of each school year.

· The registration fee cannot be refunded for withdrawals during the course.

· The monthly fee must be paid by direct debit. We recommend this option for the proper functioning of the center.

· In the event of a returned receipt, the bank fee (€2) is the student's responsibility.

· In the case of cash payments, the student agrees to pay the monthly fee during the first week of each month.

· Withdrawals must be notified in writing 15 days before the end of the current month. Failure to comply with these terms will result in payment for the following month.

· Every month that begins must be paid for.

Make-up Classes – (Adults):

· Please notify the center in case of absence.

· Make-ups are a courtesy of the center and not an obligation.

· Make-ups will be made during the quarter and must be agreed upon with the secretary.

· The accumulation of absences does not in any way imply non-payment of the monthly fee.

· Holidays are not recoverable.

For the little ones – (clothing):

· A change of clean socks is necessary, even in the summer. Comfortable clothing for the activity.

· Hair tied back.

· A bottle of water.

Forgotten items:

· We have a forgotten items box, which is emptied quarterly upon prior notification by email. Any unrecovered items will be given to an NGO.

· We recommend not leaving personal belongings in the locker rooms. Obrador de Moviments is not responsible for personal belongings.

With the inclusion of new technologies within the teaching media available to the community and the possibility that images of students may appear in them during the performance of activities.
The right to one's own image is recognized in article 18 of the Constitution and regulated by Law 1/1982, of May 5, and December LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data.
Therefore, the management of this center asks the consent of the student or parents or legal guardians to be able to publish the images in which they appear individually or in a group that for educational purposes may be carried out in the center, in the different activities carried out in dance classes.
* The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation or in which consent has been given.
* The right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment and opposition can be exercised by contacting the management of that center.
