Awareness of the moving body, tools for improving our structure and focusing on the way we move. We have been inspired to offer this class through our goals of regaining motion in damaged areas and improving our relationship with ourselves and the environment

This is the way dancers over the age of 60 prepare themselves to enjoy healthy and creative dance. We provide a presential space for accessing the inhabited body, sensitive to the inside and outside worlds.
