PROGRAMMING

SEE AGENDA >

Mirador is a series of workshops and presentations promoted by Obrador de Moviments. It offers an intimate experience for the public, free from the traditional barriers of conventional exhibition spaces. This project has a radically inclusive approach, where the body becomes the center of all artistic proposals. Whether through dance, theater, performance, or other forms of bodily expression, Mirador invites viewers to experience and experience the artists’ creative process from within.

The series combines participatory workshops and presentations of works in progress or already completed, allowing the audience not only to witness the work but also to become part of its process. Each workshop, held before the presentation, offers the opportunity to explore the artist’s creative universe, immerse themselves in the vision, and experience the process in their own bodies.

Through this immersive experience, Mirador showcases artistic proposals that break with traditional forms of presentation. The goal is to create a space that gives visibility to what is generally left out of the more commercial or conventional art circuits, fostering a direct and unfiltered encounter between creator and audience.

Mirador is an invitation to look at, feel, and experience art in a lively and intimate way.

New call for applications: coming soon...

This co-creation space was created as a meeting point for professionals looking to share tools, experiences, and experiences. It’s an open space that welcomes a variety of projects.

LAB_OBRADOR

Lab_Obrador emerged from the need to build a space dedicated to open research into creative tools related to dance and movement. A place to create synergies and dialogues for horizontal collaboration and support for creative processes.

This workshop is aimed at professionals in the performing arts and other artistic disciplines interested in expressing their creativity. It proposes some basic elements that serve as a starting point for initiating a process of dialogue, thus creating a context in which the quality of the gesture can suggest, evoke, and stimulate the creative universe of each participant.

Spread throughout the season, each edition lasts several months and requires a weekly commitment from participants.

With Lab_Obrador, we explore movement in all its forms: corporal, social, philosophical, and artistic, to approach creation in a transversal way. We develop dance fragments and explore different performance formats, which serve as a basis for one or more individual and/or collective creations. The possibility of a performance at the center at the end of each edition remains open.
