STUDIO RENTALS
From a former bakery to a bright dance school, The Obrador is a place steeped in history. We’ve transformed the first bakery in the Congreso neighborhood into a multipurpose space. With high ceilings, neutral colors, wooden floors, and natural light, our 300 m² center offers a cozy, quiet, and warm atmosphere, ideal for any type of event or activity, always ensuring the best conditions.
AVAILABLE SPACES
• Dimensions: 170 m² with professional flooring and linoleum.
• Equipment: adaptable lighting, mirrors (covered if necessary), surround sound, mobile bars, mats, heating, Wi-Fi, USB and mini-jack connections.
• Dimensions: 25 m² with wooden floor.
• Equipment: surround sound, mobile bars, mats, heating, Wi-Fi, USB and mini-jack connections.

WORKSHOPS AND MOVEMENT WORKSHOPS, TRAINING, FILM SET, RECORDINGS AND MUCH MORE
RESERVATION REQUEST
Each activity has a unique approach and unique needs, so we invite you to send us an email with the following details:
– Type of activity: Briefly describe the purpose and focus
– Total duration: Number of hours required
– Dates: Specific days or range of days
– Expected assistance: Total number of participants, organizers and technical team
SERVICES INCLUDED
Changing rooms: Two spaces equipped with showers.
Social space: Sofa, tables, stools, coffee maker and office.
Reception.
Cleaning: Included for small groups; for large groups, an additional charge applies.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Maximum capacity: 40 people.
The floor does not permit footwear activities. The floor does not permit footwear activities. The use of resin is not permitted for pointe shoes.
SCHEDULES
Weekdays: Minimum rental of 2 hours, provided that it does not interfere with the regular activities of the center. Check here the schedule.
Weekends: Minimum rental of 4 hours.
