Reinforcement and supervision for young people in training

We offer private classes or small groups to reinforce and deepen your dance learning.

Designed for students in training or preparing for their professional future, this space allows for individual challenges to be addressed with personalized attention. We support each student in developing their own resources and overcoming dysfunctional patterns.

Working in small groups allows us to explore bodily sensations, anatomy, organization, and function of movement, thus optimizing training. These classes are taught by dance professionals trained in the Feldenkrais Method.

We are committed to learning where difficulty is processed until it becomes a quality.

Monitoring the Creative Process

We also offer a follow-up and guidance space for choreographic and interpretive development, aimed at dancers and students who need to prepare for an audition or complete a creative process.

Technique and Composition Workshop

Aimed at professionals and intermediate/advanced students, this workshop combines technique, creation and composition tools, and creative processes that can culminate in a small-format public presentation.
